We make sure all shipments are carefully inspected and packed before they are dispatched. However, if due to some unforeseen situation if the product is damaged during the transportation, the damaged product(s) will be replaced. For such transit damage returns, the customer needs to provide a proof on the very same day of receiving the parcel through “Contact Us” form by mailing to the following ID – email@example.com
For general returns like change of mind etc., please return your purchase in its original packaging and condition, with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it. You can return the product within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Toys & Tales shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise Refunds will be processed as soon as the item is received by us.
